The hotel and condo we referee our wedding party to do not charge for parking, but do require you have a parking Premit; you will receive this Premit when you check in. Just check with us if there are limit on the number of car that can be parked at your ceremony location.
Pet at your wedding we do that, we also have a great dog groom here on the island that can come to your hotel or condo or you can drop off your dog to get a bath, or you can bath the dog at there store. Island Dog Wash also offer a doggy day care, so if you want your dog at your wedding we can help with caring for you friend too.

Itinerary for weddings events (basic) 2 days before ceremony Bride and grooms parties arrive at hotel (plan on have a small cocktail gathering at the pool, book this with the hotel and have drink and finger food by the pool or hospitality room) 1 day before ceremony *5:30pm Bride and Groom meet with planner before rehearsal begin to go over final payments and gave planner list of names including parents, grandparents, children of the couple, grooms’ men, brides maids and maid of honor, flower girl, and ring bearer, ushers. **The wedding party needs to be at the rehearsal location at set time summer 6pm Photo of the event are last about 20 minutes, Dinner reservation at 7pm for the wedding party. On the wedding day 10am;Breakfasts with the bride’s party, then the ladies are ready to go the hair and makeup 10am;Breakfasts with the groom’s party, then the guys are ready for a morning actively 12pm:Flowers for the wedding party delivered to hotel for at 6pm wedding 1pm:4hours before ceremony Reception room set up starts with the persons the bride has arranged with the do the room. Completed by 3:30pm 4pm: 2hours before ceremony Photos of the wedding party start, bride’s party 1st so the bride can have time to fresh up after being out side, then the groom’s party.( If the bride and groom do not wish to see each other, we can do that, the couple photos will be taken after the ceremony. ) 5pm: 1hour before the ceremony: All vendors have finished ceremony set up, and reception set up is completed. 5:30pm *30 min: before the ceremony: The groom’s party and guests start arriving at ceremony location music on the beach has started. Photographer and videographers are set up, and day of service person is standing by. *5:45pm 15 min before the ceremony: the bride’s party arrives at the ceremony location. *6pm the bride makes her way down the isle. *Ceremony time 30minutes, *Photo start of wedding party and families, guests, after photos of are take guest and family make there way to the reception location for drinks, Photos of the wedding party are completed by 7pm 7:15pm guests arrive at reception location *7:30pm the bride and groom with the wedding party arrive at the reception location. 8pm Diner is serviced at *Cake cut at 8:30pm *8:45pm toast to the bride and groom by the best man and maid of honor. *9;00pm 1st dance at *9:30pm Bouquet and garter tosses at 9:45pm Photographer, videographers, and planner leave you with your guests Bride and groom and the guests dance and have fun till 12 *Photos and video taken *Planner attends
